DescriptionENGINEER, PRODUCTION (PRODUCTION QUALITY)
DAIKIN ELECTRONIC DEVICES MALAYSIA SDN BHDJOB DESCRIPTIONKey Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage processes to ensure quality products are met and make recommendations for improvement towards quality, productivity, safety, and cost.
• Meeting with production managers to assess existing processes.
• Drafting process ideas to reduce costs and improve production rates.
• Performing risk assessments.
• Performing process simulations and troubleshooting issues.
• Developing routines and best practices to ensure product quality.
• Lead and provide FMEA to reduce quality leakage to customers.
• Developing standardized operating instructions for all processes.
• Provide feedback to the QA team / Customer when it is required.
• Uphold company and department regulations and ensure compliance by all subordinates.
• Ensure good 5S practice in the work area.
• To carry out any other duties as directed by the company.

Reporting To: Manager, ProductionRequirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Malay (Mandarin & Japanese is added advantage)
• CGPA Requirement: 3.00 - 4.00 (Second class Upper- & First-Class Honour)
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Strong technical and analytical skills.
• Able to organize effective team meetings to achieve meeting objectives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively interact with various functions.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Shah Alam.
• 1 Full-Time positions available.
• Knowledge of PCBA is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of AI/SMT/ MI is an added advantage.
• At least 1-year working experience in related field is required for this position.
• Applicant must be willing to work in Shah Alam.
• Applicant should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status. Company
