RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Design and integrate software and hardware to achieve automated test solutions in high volume test environment.
• Design and develop applications on various test platforms
• Participate in cross-functional teams to support engineering test projects
• Document test system and software designs
• Create test plans, procedures and reports
• Support design verification testing
• Test program buyoff activities in lab & manufacturing sites.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science or Electrical or Electronic or Semiconductor Engineering or similar degree.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in developing Semiconductor devices, as a Test Development Engineer, Test Engineer or Application Engineer.
• Software development and debug experience on ATE test systems.
• Knowledge of Power Device (eg: SiC & Si MOSFET / Diode), Test and Technologies. Plus to have experience on Programmable Power Management devices.
• Statistical engineering data analysis and DOE skill set
• Strong working ownership with very well self-motivated and engineering attitude.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in leading cross functional teams and understands program/project management
