Provide solution all dispatcher 2nd level TT resolve (to meet TT SLA)
Planning and managing installation or relocation of dispatcher system at GIRN agency
Provide detail new GCAD system requirement and development with developer.
Provide support to senior management team and other department to achieve corporate objectives.
Provide TCAD and GCAD training to related agencies personal and internal staff

Candidate Requirement:

Degree in Networking or Computer Science
Minimum 1 year experience managing communication systems, networking and computer software.
Minimum 1 year experience in installation of computer hardware and software. Also can perform troubleshooting and able to work independently.
Able to manage server / router / firewall and hardware and software is an added advantage.
A team player attitude that work well under pressure and is flexible and responske.
