Senior Engineer I, System Support Duties & Responsibilities: - 1. Provide Pre and Post Sales Support to customer install based with Graphic Communications products or software solutions. 2. Provide DFE and worflow solution training to customer. 3. Integration of Fujifilm Business Innovation solution into the customer\'s production environment. 4. Establish color workflow processes and policies for end-customers and account associates. 5. Troubleshoot DFE, digital color printing, color calibration/management, and print quality problems. 6. Educated and train the customer on file designing, preparing and producing quality color documents. 7. Facilitate the introduction and implementation of new color technology, Professional services and application development. 8. Assist Specialist or sales personnel during customer engagement or product demonstration. 9. Support the sales personnel on the workflow proposal. 10. Assist in the identification of potential volume building applications and services opportunities. 11. Weekly/ Monthly status reporting for issues, account status and response time. Requirements: - 1. Bachelor in IT major in Web Programming / Designing. 2. Experience in Graphic Design and Production 3. Knowledge of Publishing application. 4. Knowledge of document processing and printing technology. 5. Preferable candidate from Advertising agency, Print Production House or Prepress environment. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM4,144.85 - RM7,000.00 per month Benefits:
