• Responsible as FPV for fast track / packing Additional Launch Release for Laser Range Finders, Detection & Leveling
• To lead, support & co-ordinate Measuring Tools Value Stream on continuous improvement related projects focusing on robust process to improve IDC, yield rates and quality
• To lead & co-ordinate PT-MT/LOG projects for MT Value Stream. e.g.: Postponement Projects & packaging improvement projects
• Responsible as Plant Packaging Coordinator

• Implementation of packaging projects on a plant level (e.g. new SUS requirements, packaging optimization)
• 1st level packaging support for project teams
• Interlink between Packaging Expert and stakeholders in the plant
• Generates innovative ideas and makes recommendations (e.g. cost saving potentials, logistic savings, sustainability)
• Support of purchasing in supplier development (e.g. FSC, new materials, varnish, paper mold, plastics)
• Responsible as ANDI+ change coordinator for MT, continuously review the CRs and phase in/out activity with team & closure of the change request
• As a process FMEA moderator for the location
• Responsible as a project lead for manufacturing legal requirement & procedure compliance implementation in production (e.g. GS1 DMC project)
• Collaborate and active involvement in system CIP projects (Jishuken) for continuous improvement related projects e.g. Direct Productivity Strategic Projects

Qualifications

• Degree in Manufacturing / Mechanical Engineering / Science or equivalent.
• At least 2 years experiences in manufacturing process related to project coordination and change request management.
• Experience in new product introduction and manufacturing standardized work documentation (eg: PQI, PWI).
• Knowledge in process FMEA and project management will be an advantage.
• Good communication skill and able to moderate meetings/workshops with all levels and departments.
• Proactive, result oriented and self-driven, with sense of urgency and able to work independently
• Strong multi-tasking skill, able to work in fast pace environment.
• Good team player, cooperative and ability to lead others.
