Job Description

1. Responsibilities :

• To assist superiors in new project implementation such as timeline, RFQ, DFM, cutting tool design, process planning and all related item for new project.
• Evaluating, improving, and documenting machining processes.
• To ensure new and existing project set up and implement as frame time require, NC programming and editing for new / existing project.
• To ensure that daily production quantity is meet and the same the quantity of the output confirm to customer requirement.
• To set-up machine, machine maintenance and troubleshooting process.
• Developing manufacturing processes for enhancements, product changes, and new products, and related fixtures and tooling that are consistent with zero defect level and low product cost.
• To ensure any new project process is stable before handover to manufacturing.
• To monitor all related document such as MWI, Tool list, Tool life, Process planning and all related document as system require.
• Providing engineering support to production department to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
• To make sure the line under his / her charge meet the customer requirement in term and deliveries and quantity customer feedback and complaint, reject and LAR.
• Ensure proper housekeeping.
• Review rejects and makes improvement to prevent and reduce occurrence.
• Provide guidance to subordinates that include training, counseling and discipline.
• To carry out other related work as assigned by immediate superior.
  

• At least an advance on Diploma in Industrial/ Manufacturing/ Mechanical/ Production Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in related field.
• Self-motivated, dynamic, resourceful, and result-oriented team player with good interpersonal communication and negotiate skill.
• Candidates without required qualification but with at least 5 years of related experience will be considered.
