, and the actual working location is subject to the project.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Organization & Management:

Maintain and archive technical documents, contracts, drawings, and test reports. Ensure accuracy and timely submission in coordination with project document controllers (DC).

Document Preparation:

Assist engineers in preparing technical and business-related documents, including bid proposals, PPRs, test scripts, and service introduction materials.

Client Communication:

Support engineers in liaising with clients, documenting requirements, and reporting key feedback to management.

Translation Support:

Provide on-site language translation assistance for engineers during client interactions.

Test Equipment Management:

Maintain an inventory of testing equipment, oversee warehouse stock-in/out records, and manage annual calibration.

Technical Support:

Assist with on-site data center testing operations and provide necessary support.

Ad-hoc Tasks:

Handle urgent department matters and support colleagues in cross-functional tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Diploma or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical (M&E), Business, or related fields. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of work experience are welcome. Proficient in office software, including Excel, Word, PPT, and AI. Experience as a document controller in M&E installation projects is an advantage. Proficiency in

English, Mandarin, and Malay
