JOB DESCRIPTION General Operative Duties In This Instance Could Include Responsible for system transactions, PR and PO receiving for Engineering Department. Maintaining and organizing critical document for plant including civil/architecture, M&E, firefighting, and major equipment. Prepare and complied of weekly & monthly reports. Closing of OA for engineering services, following up invoicing to customer and keep recording. Coordinating the day-to-day operations with the Engineer. Provide technical and administrative supports to engineering teams. Any others task assigned by the HOD from time to time. JOB REQUIREMENT Candidate must possess high school diploma or equivalent. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong Knowledge of document management and file organization. Good organizational skills and time management skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Attention to Detail: Accuracy in data entry and document management is crucial. The ability to work well in a team and collaborate with engineers and other support. Knowledge of Engineering Terminology (Preferred): Familiarity with engineering terminology and processes can be an advantage. Experience (Preferred): Administrative and experience in ERP system.
