1) NEW INCOMING PROJECT & EXISTING PROJECT \xe2\x80\xa2 Received drawing from HOD/Engineer. Share to DCC for document record. Update in server/master list drawing received from Customer. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate with Engineer TTNF from Customer. Filling TTNF and update in the Server for record and update summary for TTNF follow by customer. Tool Transfer Notice Form (TTNF) \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate with Engineer once part get approval. Filling master parameter provide by Engineer. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate with Engineer and update Engineering Change Notice (ECN) / ECN log list and ECN folder. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate with Engineer and update testing requisition form file record and testing report file in server. \xe2\x80\xa2 Filling PA Report once received from Customer. Share PA report/customer approval status and ECN (if have) internally \xe2\x80\xa2 Filling customer document received by HOD. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate with HOD/Engineer to prepare a project file for every new incoming project. File folder according to each project from customer. \xe2\x80\xa2 Checklist for Project File: - Tool History - Tool Parameter (From customer and Master Parameter after testing) - Drawing - TTNF - WI - TRR - MRR - ECN \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate with Tooling-PIC and filling the complete Repair and Service form and update Mould History Record for each file. \xe2\x80\xa2 Follow-up and monitor 50K service status with Tooling-PIC. Update to related department once 50K service completed. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support Engineering documentation a. Filling engineering document (ISO). b. Open PR form if engineering/tooling side have spare part or item need to buy. c. Print out document from email instruct by Engineering Manager. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinated with Tooling-PIC/Production setter and Tooling for Yearly (June) tooling inventory list.
