Mission Details

• Leading Engineering and Maintenance department and activity in the plant.
• Submit yearly budget and responsible for budget expenses under department. Provide the monthly expenses report. Develop an action plan to control over expenses.
• Manage the resources in the department. Develop the training plan and succession plan.
• Leading Material Integrity Program, Vital, Important, Secondary assessment.
• Submit monthly report to Operations Director.
• Involve with various department for Continuous Improvement project.
• Involve in eMOC review, any audits deem necessary.
• Lead and involve in carrying out feasibility studies and engineering studies in line with the ATOGATE process, as well as executing and monitoring plant investment projects based on Capex value requirements.
• Responsible for Annual Plant Turnaround. Assist the TA Manager in the execution of all works associated with the yearly plant turn around on mechanical, civil, project and during routine shut down operations.
• Execute CAPEX project with excellence. Target Zero HSE event, within budget and on schedule. Communicate if any issue arises. Provide completion report.
• Involve in Integrated Management System and International Safety Rating System steering committee
• Lead internal and external communication with regards to engineering and maintenance activity with contractor, vendor and authorities.

Required Profile

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 10 years of maintenance experience is preferred; of which at-least 5 years was in the management level. Any other engineering background with suitable experience is also acceptable.
• Strong knowledge in Project Management System.
• Strong knowledge in Preventive/Predictive Maintenance
• Good experience and have hands-on experience in managing project (Green Field and Brown Field)Good interpersonal communication skill in English, Bahasa Melayu.
• Good leadership ability
• Good knowledge in audit and ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and OHSAS 45001:2015 management system
• Good knowledge is Microsoft System (Word, Excel, ppt, project), SAP system.
