Job Highlights:

Your New Role:

Perform Failure Analysis on rejects for all products including automotive for external customer.
Perform Failure Analysis on rejects for all products for internal qual, production low yield & NPI requests.
FA Equipment owner for FA equipment to ensure FA equipment are in good condition.
Develop FA methodology for new products and continuous FA improvement.

Preferred Skills & Knowledge:

BS degree in Electronic & Electrical Engineering
Minimum 3 years working experience in semiconductor failure analysis.
The candidate must have good skill set in die level de-processing and package level cross sectioning.
Have good understanding of semiconductor wafer fabrication process.
Have knowledge in package assembly front of line & end of line processes.
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as technical report writing skill.
