Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business objectives and contribute to the development of technology strategies aligned with overall organizational goals.
• Formulate and articulate the enterprise architecture vision, ensuring that it supports the long-term business strategy of the Fintech company.

Architecture Design:

• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture blueprints, ensuring consistency, coherence, and integration across all aspects of the technology landscape.
• Design and oversee the implementation of scalable and flexible architectures that support the development of innovative Fintech products.

Technology Evaluation and Adoption:

• Assess emerging technologies and industry trends to inform decision-making and drive innovation within the Fintech sector.
• Evaluate and recommend technology solutions that align with business needs, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and business analysts, to ensure a shared understanding of architectural principles and standards.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, fostering a culture of transparency and collaboration.
• Governance and Compliance:

• 
  Establish and enforce architectural governance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular architecture reviews to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect in a product-driven environment within the Fintech industry.
• Strong knowledge of Fintech technologies, including blockchain, digital payments, and financial data management.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and communicate a clear enterprise architecture vision and strategy.
• Experience in evaluating and adopting emerging technologies to drive business innovation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in the Fintech sector.

Education and Certifications:

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in enterprise architecture or Fintech technologies are a plus.
