We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to join our dynamic Fintech team. As an Enterprise Architect, you will play a crucial role in shaping the technological landscape of our organization, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving innovation in a product-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business objectives and contribute to the development of technology strategies aligned with overall organizational goals.

\xc2\xb7 Formulate and articulate the enterprise architecture vision, ensuring that it supports the long-term business strategy of the Fintech company.

Architecture Design:

\xc2\xb7 Develop and maintain enterprise architecture blueprints, ensuring consistency, coherence, and integration across all aspects of the technology landscape.

\xc2\xb7 Design and oversee the implementation of scalable and flexible architectures that support the development of innovative Fintech products.

Technology Evaluation and Adoption:

\xc2\xb7 Assess emerging technologies and industry trends to inform decision-making and drive innovation within the Fintech sector.

\xc2\xb7 Evaluate and recommend technology solutions that align with business needs, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

Collaboration and Communication:

\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and business analysts, to ensure a shared understanding of architectural principles and standards.

\xc2\xb7 Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, fostering a culture of transparency and collaboration.

\xc2\xb7 Governance and Compliance:

\xc2\xb7 Establish and enforce architectural governance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.

\xc2\xb7 Conduct regular architecture reviews to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

Qualifications:

\xc2\xb7 Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect in a product-driven environment within the Fintech industry.

\xc2\xb7 Strong knowledge of Fintech technologies, including blockchain, digital payments, and financial data management.

\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated ability to develop and communicate a clear enterprise architecture vision and strategy.

\xc2\xb7 Experience in evaluating and adopting emerging technologies to drive business innovation.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in the Fintech sector.

Education and Certifications:

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

\xc2\xb7 Relevant certifications in enterprise architecture or Fintech technologies are a plus.
