Job Purpose To manage and execute end-to-end pre-sales cycle for Cloud & Cloud Apps, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS Cloud solutions. This would include but is not limited to Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, etc. The job holder is responsible for all quality execution throughout the pre-sales lifecycle, developing solution proposals, and driving the closing of Cloud sales opportunities and leads. The job holder is required to present and conceptualize the Cloud solution and offering aligned with the customers\' needs and strategic direction for digital transformation. The employee will work closely with partners, CelcomDigi solutions architect, GTM, sales, marketing, and the Cloud product team to meet goals and targets. The job holder will also work closely with the Enterprise pricing team and finance to finalize the customer pricing. Most importantly the personnel is expected to collaborate closely with the various sales teams, namely SME, Corporate and Government sales teams, to ensure the Cloud sales pipeline is healthy and growing, and also the CelcomDigi Enterprise Cloud System Integration (SI) partners, who will help close some deals and implement the solutions for the customers. Job Responsibilities Manage solutions sales leads and opportunities for all Cloud products and related solutions in terms of customer engagement, proposals and pricing. Prepare materials related to customer engagement, pre-sales presentation templates and customer proposals. To acquire sufficient knowledge and expertise of the Cloud products and solutions, and work with SI partners, to provide customers with the best solutions aligned with the customers\' requirements. Work with the product teams and pricing/finance teams to propose solutions and pricing to customers. Proactively scope the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assess customers met and unmet needs, and recommend solutions that optimize value for customers Work with the relevant product teams to assess products/services feasibility for respective market segments, differentiating from competitors in the market and providing feedback on customers\' needs. To work closely with the Solutions Architect team and the SI partners in providing relevant Cloud solutions and integrations for Cloud-related solutions, and also bundle with other Celcom core services such as mobile, fixed, IOT and security when possible. Establish and continuously improve the Cloud pre-sales life cycle from opportunity and lead management, customer engagement, proposals, the closing of deals and subsequent implementation. Job Requirements Degree in IT, Multimedia, Computer Engineering, or equivalent. Cloud certifications, MSc, or MBA would be a great advantage. 3-5 years experience in selling Cloud platform or Cloud-based apps and solutions (experience in selling Azure Cloud, Google Cloud or Cloud transformation is a plus). Strong understanding of the Cloud industry, functional, and market knowledge & practices Experience managing pre-sales through the entire life cycle. Ability in writing business and technical concept proposals and follow through the entire sales cycle. Good communication and relationship/partner management skills. Good sales and pre-sales skills and experience. Business solution knowledge & skills. Good in strategic thinking. Good communication and negotiation. Experience in Bid and Tender Process Submission. Have proven track records in selling Cloud solutions. Strong understanding of the Cloud industry, functional, and market knowledge & practices.
