About the Role:


We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Fintech Solutions (EFS) Lead to lead our EFS division. As the Lead of EFS, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction in our enterprise fintech solutions business. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, sales, product development, customer success, and operations, to ensure that our solutions meet the needs of our enterprise customers and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement strategies to drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction in our enterprise fintech solutions business.
  • Build and manage a high-performing team of project managers, sales, product, and customer success professionals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key enterprise customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to ensure that our solutions meet the needs of enterprise customers and stay ahead of market trends.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise sales opportunities, driving sales through all stages of the sales cycle.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies that balance revenue growth and customer value.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product strategy and identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Develop and manage budgets and financial forecasts for the enterprise fintech solutions business.



Requirements:


  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Finance, Technology or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience with relevant experience in enterprise sales and/or product management, and at least 2 years of experience in the fintech industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing teams, with a track record of success in driving growth and profitability in enterprise sales or product management roles.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze market trends, customer feedback, and financial data to inform business decisions.
  • Passion for fintech and a desire to create solutions that solve real-world problems.
