Why does this job exist and why is it critical Work with Account Managers and Pre-Sales to provide high level design, cost and timeline to customer as per their requirement. Support Enterprise Business to respond any RFT and participate in technical tender clarification. New product and solution feasibility assessment based on Product Definition Document (PDD) from Enterprise Product. Accountable and to lead network team to do Proof of Concept (POC) for all new products, solution or equipment (LAN, WAN, SDWAN, SDN, Cloud and IOT devices, etc) to ensure there are inter-operability with Maxis existing network and infra. To ensure end to end operating model established with stakeholders to deliver the product. Support Account Managers, Pre-Sales and Service Managers to meeting customers to improve service quality and upselling to grow revenue opportunity. Review solution architecture is compliance to design policy and guidelines to ensure that solution provided to customers it optimised and cost is competitive. To work with Technology Development (TD) and Transport for any product and solution that is align to Maxis infra roadmap. Ensure all processes are adhered such as SDC to present for all non-standard solution proposed to the customers and ICDM to be reviewed. Work with other platform owners (Radio, Transport and Core Network Engineering) - M2M, BVE to ensure end-to-end solution accountability to customer and support to Operation/Service Managers should there be any. Work Contract Managements for contract agreement matters on Managed Services/OLO and review MS vendors performance. Work with Enterprise Engineering on to ensure capacity availability to support Business funnel and also provide forecast on IPs, power and space requirement to Rollout and Transport team.
