Key Responsibilities

Ensuring the workplace complies with Malaysia safety and environmental regulations.

Monitor site operations to ensure compliance with environmental laws & guidelines

Developing and implementing safety, health and environmental policies and procedures and maintained the environmental management plan.

Identifying and assessing potential hazards and risks in the workplace

Conduct regular inspections , audits and environmental monitoring

Prepare reports on environmental performance and submit to relevant authorities.

Conducting staff training on safety procedures , emergency response and environmental protection

Managing and responding to workplace incidents and emergencies

Advise site teams on best practices for waste management, pollution prevention, resource conservation and noise pollution at site

Liaise with government agencies on environmental matters

Required Skills and Qualifications

Must have at least 3 years working experiences in the construction industry

Knowledge of Malaysian Safety and Environmental Regulations including OSHA 1994

Related Degree/Diploma on Environmental Studies /Green Book

Experience in developing and implementing safety and environmental programs

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with employees and management

Ability to identify and resolve safety and environmental issues

Attended competency training on Environmental matters with Department of Environment/Relevant Government Agencies/Private Companies will be added advantage

Able to start work on short notice.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
