Responsibilities:
-Responding to customer enquiries within the agreed response time
-Resolve customer enquiries through our support channels (not limited to): Emails, chat
-Provide relevant service recovery, support, and recommendations to customers
-Support customer on issues (not limited to): product information, purchase, delivery status, order, payment, promotions, feedback, and complaint resolution
-Accurately record and escalate customers' feedback and bugs to relevant departments
Requirement
- diploma in any field
- 1 year experience in Customer Service
- Past experience in fashion ecommerce is advantageous
-Great comprehension skills to understand customers' enquiries and needs
-Proficient written English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
-Fast and accurate typing skills (60 words per minute and above)
Monday to Friday (9.30am to 6.30pm)
Alternate Saturday (10am to 2pm)
