• Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field;
• Work Location: Kuala Lumpur Q Sentral (in front of KL Sentral )
• At least 3 years in power transmission project management;
• Engaged in Project 110kV~500kV power transmission;
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, optionally Mandarin

Tanggungjawab

• Responsible for 110 kV-500 kV Power Transmission EPC Project, lead and manage the end-to-end EPC process, from project initiation to final handover, ensuring all stages are executed efficiently and in accordance with company standards and client requirements.

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, to achieve project objectives and meet client expectations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, construction, and subcontractors, to facilitate effective communication, collaboration, and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

• Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure project success.

• Establish and enforce quality control measures to ensure that projects meet the highest industry standards and comply with relevant regulations.

• Generate regular progress reports, status updates, and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to keep senior management and stakeholders informed about project status and potential issues.
