Ensure periodic equipment are been implemented according to the specific parameters, plant facilities and plant infrastructure. \xef\x83\x98 Ensuring periodic checking are executed on planned schedule. \xef\x83\x98 Responsible for training and on-site guidance to subordinates. \xef\x83\x98 Responsible for safety compliance are observed at all times when using or handling machines/equipment. \xef\x83\x98 Responsible for machines/equipment upgrading and in good state of working order. \xef\x83\x98 Ensuring safety equipment are in place. \xef\x83\x98 To survey different types of equipment needed and suitable to enhance and ensure their production work smoothly. \xef\x83\x98 Coordinates with management staff and clients to determine equipment needs in order to select the best equipment for the company. \xef\x83\x98 Supervises the equipment operators, technicians, and others who work with or around the equipment to detect any defect and test the equipment. \xef\x83\x98 Ensures that all equipment meets safety and quality requirements by liaising with the vendors. \xef\x83\x98 Prepares purchase orders for rental or purchase of equipment; tracks each piece of rented or purchase equipment by job site and job number. \xef\x83\x98 Prepares a budget report for management outlining fixed and controllable equipment costs as a percentage of sales revenue. \xef\x83\x98 Inspects all the equipment to make an assurance that it is clean and functional, or if it needs any repair or to be replaced.
