Location: Penang Headcount: 1 Tenure: Permanent Job Summary: The Equipment Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the sales of company equipment, mainly CMP (Chemical Mechanical Polisher), managing the sales team, and developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability. The Equipment Sales Manager should have strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Duties and Responsibilities: . Manage the sales team, setting goals and targets, and ensuring they are met. . Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability. . Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and taking corrective action as necessary. . Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders. . Attend industry events and conferences to promote company equipment and build brand awareness. . Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. . Train and coach sales team members to improve their performance and skills. . Manage the sales pipeline and forecast sales accurately. . Prepare and present sales reports and analyses to senior management. Qualifications: . Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. . 5+ years of experience in equipment sales, with at least 2 years in sales management. . Strong leadership and communication skills. Understand Japanese language is an advantage. . Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales strategies especially semiconductor equipment sales. .
