As the Sales Manager, the incumbent\'s responsibilities entails leading the business towards elevated accomplishments, surpassing sales objectives by skillfully overseeing the team\'s performance.   • Bachelor\'s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Medical, Pharmaceuticals or a related field accompanied by relevant experience in life sciences.
  • An established candidate with experience in sales and people management with strong professional network within the life science industry.
  • Outstanding ability in dealing with end users, distribution channels and network nationwide.
  • Strong business acumen and deep industry knowledge with proven track record of driving the sales process from planning to successful sales achievements.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively and convincingly at all levels of the organisation.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (speaking) and English (speaking, reading, writing).
