Job Description


The incumbent will be responsible for leading a dynamic sales team to new heights while achieving exceptional growth to surpass sales targets through effective team management. You will play a pivotal role in expanding the customer base and driving the growth of the products\' sales. Your expertise will contribute to the design and implementation of strategies that will propel the business forward.

  • Drive sales team performance to achieve growth and exceed sales targets.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of a strategic business plan aimed at expanding the customer base and driving the growth of specific products.
  • Take ownership of member recruitment, goal setting, coaching, and performance monitoring for the sales representatives.
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships by collaborating with them, understanding their needs, and fostering loyalty.
  • Encourage the team to maximise the utilisation of the CRM system for improved efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver comprehensive sales reports, including revenue, expenses, and realistic forecasts, to the management team.
  • Support pricing strategies that align with the company\'s financial goals while maintaining competitiveness in the market.
  • Stay informed about emerging markets, shifts in the market landscape, and the latest developments in products and competition.
  • Foster collaboration both internally and externally to drive excellence in sales operations and prioritise customer-centricity.

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or a degree in Business Management accompanied by relevant experience in life sciences.
  • An established candidate with experience in sales and people management with strong professional network within the life science industry.
  • Outstanding ability to develop analytical actionable solutions and recommend strategies to ensure high levels of revenue
  • Strong business acumen and deep industry knowledge with proven track record of driving the sales process from planning to successful sales achievements.
  • Excellent skills in mentoring, coaching, and managing people.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively and convincingly at all levels of the organisation.
