A leading distributor, founded in 2002, representing globally renowned manufacturers. Committed to serving the evolving needs of diverse industries including semiconductor, electronics, biotechnology, automotive, and chemical, they are expanding our team and looking for a dedicated Sales Manager to join them on this exciting journey.

Job Responsibilities:

• Achieving profitable outcomes through the sales team by fostering team development through motivation, counseling, and skills enhancement.
• Overseeing the sales administration function, optimizing operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems, and offering strategic advice to senior management for enhancing business relationships and fostering a customer service-centric environment.
• Leading the sales team, formulating a comprehensive business plan encompassing sales, revenue, and expense controls, achieving set targets, and enhancing the organization\'s presence across Malaysia.
• Addressing customer inquiries and delivering sales services, while cultivating enduring relationships by understanding and managing client requirements.
• Demonstrating the ability to lead, supervise, and inspire the sales team to attain monthly and yearly sales objectives.
• Monitoring the sales team\'s performance through a system of reports and communications, involving cyclical sales meetings and comprehensive sales reports.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Electrical/Electronics), Physics, Material Science, Science and Technology or equivalent
• Able to work independently and able to travel when required
• Demonstrate strong analytical and leadership collaborative skills
• Possess good interpersonal, communication, leadership & negotiation skills
• At least 5 years of working experience or in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably Manager specializing in Sales - Electronics/Engineering/Laboratory/Technical or equivalent
