Job Description

You will be joining at the beginning of the project, responsible for overseeing and managing the implementation of Dynamics 365 F&O module within the organisation. Work with IT vendor and internal stakeholders to ensure the project is delivered & deployed successfully within budget, time, and scope.

This is a renewable 1-year contract at a well-known Malaysian conglomerate.

You will work with various business stakeholders, IT vendors and consultants, and project sponsor to ensure the successful migration to Microsoft D365 with a focus on Finance & Operation (F&O) module.

• You will be responsible for work delegation, resource allocation, and progress measurements.
• Coordinate and ensure team members have clear actionable goals and objectives.
• Establish project schedules & dependencies and work breakdown structures within the IT master schedule.
• Vendor and stakeholder management, keeping them accountable to the deliverables & project milestones.
• Drive project decisions based on business needs, lead team meetings, and achieve quick problem resolution.
• Establish and implement project controls and workflows; Risk identification and mitigation.
• Ensure overall system readiness and compliance on all eInvoicing requirements from LHDN.

• Must have successfully implemented and deployed a D365 ERP project from beginning to end.
• ITIL and/or PMP certified or equivalent.
• Experience with D365 F&O module is an added advantage.
• Strong business and finance acumen.
• Ability to influence leaders, motivate team members, and manage vendors.
• Time and stakeholder management is an essential skill.
