Job Description


Responsibilities / Main activities ESM-SILVA Configuration Officer is in charge of the SILVA Configuration Data Quality Main role consists in defining/publishing/controlling data configuration policies on Service Management processes aligning with the Global Process Owners and managing the different SILVA GO products and Opcos Stakeholders. Ensuring that Service Management Data Configuration is accurate and consistent for a reliable usage of data extracted from SILVA (ex. Harmony Dashboard) To Govern the Service Management Data Configuration community (meetings, communication, \xe2\x80\xa6), being the SPOC for Service Management Configuration Data for GO and the Opcos. Silva Configuration Support the Silva Framework adoption (Silva Processess, Silva Roles, Organization etc.). Promote the adoption of BAU Model on configuration data:

  • Best practices to raise the Silva Tickets through the Portal
  • Decrease the email communication related to ticket follow-ups (Make use of Channels - Tickets / Community).
Bridge Markets, Products and Silva Product on any master data focusing on configuration data Offer advisory Service on Data/Config. steps Back-fill when no identified key user. Review data change relevancy to business needs and impacts. Lead BAU task force for Data change (removal of a company,..) Sync with Silva BAU team to execute data operations in Silva Maintain and enrich the data clean-up approach. Maintain the configuration data change tooling. Lead the operational Configuration Data review with the data Quality team. Publish and maintain documentation in Silva KB Configuration Governance Owner of Silva BUSINESS catalog for Data/Config. Animate the Governance (community, data council, SteerCo) Review and manage Business and technical impacts for data purge Prepare and steer the Silva Configuration Monthly Meeting
  • Identify with the Global Process Owners and Customers the gaps and actions to remediate
  • Maintain/Communicate Configuration Policies
