Location: HQ, Menara Southpoint, Mid Valley Kuala LumpurDepartment: Land & Industrial SolutionsResponsibilities:

• Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve assigned revenue goals
• Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and other prospecting activities
• Prepare pitch documents to respond to RFPs
• Qualify leads and assess their needs
• Assist with consultancy and structuring of industrial asset deals, including financial analysis and due diligence.
• Present and negotiate commercial terms with clients
• Close deals and manage the sales cycle.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients.

Requirements:

• Degree in Real Estate / Property Management
• Valuation experience and ideally a good familiarity with Malaysia Land & Industrial market
• Technically minded and able to handle complex and challenging projects
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail and confident presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools like Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
