ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Managing and organizing the daily operations and job specifications.
To responsible in managing and increase estate\xe2\x80\x99s productivity and cost efficiency
Maintain staff\xe2\x80\x99s needs.
Involved in organizing, purchasing and stock card of estate tools and equipment
Knowledge in Marketing
Deal with authority officer (Police, Immigration, Jab Pertanian, Jab Haiwan & Jab Perikanan, DOSH, KKM, Labour Office, etc..)
To enforce and maintain OSH at workplace
Managing employee\xe2\x80\x99s accommodation
To maintaining and monitoring estate\xe2\x80\x99s machinery
To in charge estate\xe2\x80\x99s facilities and buildings
To Monitor record keeping of diesel, chemical and fertilizer for plantation
To responsible for company property and security
To manage Foreign Worker from recruitment, maintain and renewal of permit, Fomema, etc.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Agriculture or equivalent
At least 4 years\xe2\x80\x99 working experience in jungle cleaning, rubber planting & other related field works.
Capable to use GPS to do whatever field measurement and key in all the data into computer.
Good in computer
Able to keep daily record, prepare monthly contract & check all payment
Must able to arrange & supervise daily estate operation.
Must be willing to relocate

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month Experience:
