• Management of estates and planning of estate day to day operation.
• Execution of estate operation according to the company's Standard Operating Procedures.
• Maintain smooth administration in line with company procedures.
• Ensure all operation are up to date as per program and cost of production within budget.
• Reporting to superior over non-compliances and reporting any relevant matters and issues.
• Managing the estate according to the principles and criteria of RSPO.

Job Requirement:-

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Agriculture/Aquaculture/Forestry or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in the field.
• Conversant with RSPO, OSHA and company policies guidelines.
• Good analytical and problem solving skill.
