Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives \xe2\x80\xa2 Come up with suggestions to enhance the event\xe2\x80\x99s success \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare budgets and ensure adherence \xe2\x80\xa2 Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers \xe2\x80\xa2 Be in charge of hiring personnel (event coordinators, promoters, etc.) \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate all operations \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead promotional activities for the event \xe2\x80\xa2 Supervise all staff (event coordinators, promoters, etc.) \xe2\x80\xa2 Approve all aspects before the day of the event \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur \xe2\x80\xa2 Analyze the event\xe2\x80\x99s success and prepare reports Requirements and skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven experience as event senior executive \xe2\x80\xa2 Skilled in project management \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management \xe2\x80\xa2 Computer savvy; proficient in MS Office \xe2\x80\xa2 Outstanding communication and negotiation ability \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent organizational skills \xe2\x80\xa2 A knack for problem-solving \xe2\x80\xa2 Customer-service orientation \xe2\x80\xa2 A team player with leadership skills \xe2\x80\xa2 BSc/BA in PR, marketing, hospitality management or related field is preferred
