• Able to liaise effectively with contractors, internal team and part time staffs.
• Strong commitment, responsible, aggressive, organized and independent.
• Highly self- motivated, problem-solving skills and is a good team player.
• Be able to work flexible hours and work with deadline.
• Own transport will be advantage.

Tanggungjawab

• Responsible for coordinating seminars, workshops, and events, including setting up the venue, liaising with suppliers and crew, and trainers.
• Work with partners and team members to plan physical or virtual events.
• Assist in developing and executing events using professional streaming software on multiple live-streaming platforms.
• Ensure all event logistics is ready prior to shooting, including ensuring all the cords are in the right place and out of the way.
• Ensure event team is briefed effectively before the shoot and after the shoot.
• Assist on ways to systemize and enhance and/or improve production workflow.
• Coordinate and monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
• Update timely inventory of backdrops, projectors, computers and other Audio/Visual display materials and equipment.
• Assist in virtual events using professional streaming software on multiple live-streaming platforms.
• Inventory checklist and storage management.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
