Job Description

• Organizing and oversee communication campaigns and promotional events.
• Assist the Manager of Event & Promotion in execution sales & marketing plans.
• Deliver all events with good planning and coordination to meet events\xe2\x80\x99 goals and expected results.
• Identify potential problems and take preventive action to ensure events and functions proceed as planned successfully.
• Coordinate event planning meetings across relevant teams and ensure follow-up action are taken accordingly.
• Evaluate outcomes of events for continuous improvement in planning and organizing of events.
• Promote and assist in all sales launches, marketing activities, events and promotions.
• Assist on all administrative duties within the Department such as preparation of documents, filing and etc.Responsible and accountable for all events / exhibition planning & operational matters such as set up, display, dismantle, other operational issue.
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales target.
• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Other duties may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year working experiences in event management.
• 6 days work, able to work on weekends and Public Holidays.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel Klang Valley or outstation when necessary.
• Excellent communication and negotiation ability.
• Problem-solving ability.
• Possess a positive mindset and able to work in a fast moving work environment.
• Independent, Result-driven and self-motivated.
• Good time management & Stress management.
• Malaysian only.
