Job Description

As an Event Executive Intern, you will

:

Assist in the planning, organizing, and execution of corporate and public events. Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution. Help with logistics, including setting up event spaces, managing equipment, and ensuring all materials are ready for the event. Manage event registration, handle guest inquiries, and provide support during the event. Research and propose creative ideas for event themes, activities, and entertainment. Assist in creating event marketing materials, including invitations, social media posts, and promotional content. Provide post-event reports, feedback, and analysis to measure event success. Support the team in administrative tasks, such as preparing documents, presentations, and reports.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Event Management, Marketing, Public Relations, Hospitality, or a related field. Passionate about event planning with a creative mindset. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms. Prior experience in event planning or volunteering is a plus but not required.
