Job Description
- Experience in event management, advertising, marketing, communications, or hospitality.
- Proven business development, sales or marketing experience.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Good communication and marketing skills.
- Project management experience.
- Good leadership skills and experience in leading a team
- Strong business acumen.
- Responsible for the sales and marketing of our existing services, identify and develop new services to secure new business segment.
- Responsible for company sales performance. Be able to successfully lead large new business proposals or pitches.
- Develop sales and marketing plan, ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the execution to capture new market share and generate higher sales revenue.
- Communicate, elevate, enrich company\'s branding to all stakeholders.
- Increase our company visibility thru various advertisement channels and networking.
- Support Event Management Team in terms of idea brainstorming, concepts generation and event implementation.
- Manage Sales and Marketing Team, inclusion of recruiting, coaching, upskilling of team members, ensure team members are competent to perform their responsibilities.
