  • Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments with high energy and resilience
  • Proficient in sales RM software, Microsoft Office, and relevant tools
Responsibilities
  • Identify and prospect clients via cold calling, networking, associations, and referrals
  • Develop and manage a lead pipeline; handle sales from initial contact to closing
  • Conduct needs assessments and consultations to understand client goals and budget
  • Present Xhale Asia Events\' portfolio and create tailored proposals
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor
  • Collaborate with the events team for smooth handovers and event logistics
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to decision-makers
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to maximize revenue and client satisfaction
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities for growth opportunities
  • Meet sales targets and provide regular activity and results reporting
