Our Requirements:
Undergraduate students in Finance, Accounting, Administration, Business,(or related)
Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office and Outlook
A solid understanding of financial processes such as bookkeeping and tax filing.
Basic math skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Strong interest and passion in learning how to grow brands in fashion Ecommerce
Independent, self-motivated and customer focused
Willing to learn and improve
Fluency in English 
Job Scope:

Prepare, send and store invoices (sometimes customers request, then you have to do it for them)
Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets

Managing obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors
Customer Service
Managing company assets and financial expenditures. ?
Record: spending on buying props, influencers, shooting etc.
Preparing financial documents such as invoices, tax filings, and monthly profit reports.
Manage office daily administration activities
Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets.
erform day to day administrative transactions including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording project tracking data and accounts receivable data
