Provide customer support for pre and post-commercialization of technology products.
Conduct end to end deployment from identifying hardware and software solutions.
Install, configure, and support the roll-out of new applications.
Provide support in the form of procedural documentation.
Test and evaluate new technologies.
Troubleshoot technical issues and diagnose and repair any faults.
Replace or repair necessary parts.
Engage with customers for any issues related to products.

Qualification:

Degree in Engineering - Chemical / Mechatronics / Mechanical / Electrical and Electronics

Requirement:

Minimum 2 years working experience in project management and delivery, chemical products management, technology products deployment and technical support.
Experience in After Sales Service, System Debugging, Mechanical and Electrical, Chemical would be an added advantage.
Excellent client-facing and interpersonal communication skills.
