This role is to process and review all medical/ health claims within specified authority limit and ensure that payments are made within the turnaround time (TAT)

Key responsibilities

• Assess and process all health/ medical claim for reimbursement in line with policy guidelines within authority limit
• Responsible for the day-to-day operations for guarantee facilities (hospital admission and dis-charge)
• Responsible for claim settlement and ensure payments are process within the agreed turnaround time and service standard
• Support Helpline team with enquiries pertaining to medical reimbursement and response to customer enquiries on claim
• Participate in project initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity of the department

Key requirements / Skill / Experience

• Diploma/ Degree in any medical or health science related field of study
• Minimum 2 - 3 years' working experience in healthcare related industry; knowledge in medical/ health claims
• Possess good communication skill and good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Result-oriented with sense of urgency towards True Customer Centricity
• Demonstrates ability to work as a team to deliver Allianz's enhanced customer experience journey
