Assess and process all health/ medical claim for reimbursement in line with policy guidelines within authority limit
Responsible for the day-to-day operations for guarantee facilities (hospital admission and dis-charge)
Responsible for claim settlement and ensure payments are process within the agreed turnaround time and service standard
Support Helpline team with enquiries pertaining to medical reimbursement and response to customer enquiries on claim
Participate in project initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity of the department

Key requirements / Skill / Experience

Diploma/ Degree in any medical or health science related field of study
Minimum 2 - 3 years\' working experience in healthcare related industry; knowledge in medical/ health claims
Possess good communication skill and good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
Result-oriented with sense of urgency towards True Customer Centricity
Demonstrates ability to work as a team to deliver Allianz\'s enhanced customer experience journey
