Job Summary: The Client Partner, is a central figure in managing the full lifecycle of training operations within our organization. This role requires a deep understanding of the HRDC e-TRIS system and HRDC processes, particularly the allowable cost matrix, reflecting a high level of proficiency in handling specialized training operational systems. The Client Partner will oversee training operations from pre-training planning, through the execution of training sessions, to post-training analysis and follow-ups. This includes drafting proposals, quotations, and ensuring technology systems are effectively utilized in training delivery. Working closely with the Client Engagement Team, the Client Partner will gather and integrate client requirements into training planning to ensure client satisfaction and training effectiveness. This role demands strong technological adeptness, excellent organizational skills, and a dynamic approach to leadership, guiding a team of Training Coordinators towards achieving operational excellence in training delivery. Primary duties for this position include: Pre-Training: Collaborate with the Client Engagement Team to understand and document client requirements, ensuring training objectives are clearly defined and aligned with client expectations. Use the HRDC e-TRIS system for managing training records and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Draft comprehensive proposals and quotations, detailing training plans, resources needed, and cost estimations. Plan and allocate resources efficiently, utilizing knowledge of the HRDC allowable cost matrix for budget optimization. During Training: Oversee the smooth execution of training programs, ensuring technology systems are effectively utilized for maximum engagement and learning outcomes. Manage faculty and resource allocation efficiently to ensure the training program runs smoothly and meets predefined objectives. Provide leadership and support to the Training Coordinators, facilitating problem-solving and adjustments as needed to address real-time challenges. Post-Training: Conduct thorough analysis and reporting on training outcomes, using insights from the HRDC e-TRIS system and other feedback mechanisms. Work closely with the Client Engagement Team and clients to review training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Ensure all training documentation and reports are accurately completed and submitted within HRDC guidelines and timelines. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or related field. In-depth knowledge of HRDC e-TRIS system and HRDC processes, including the allowable cost matrix. Proficiency in technology, with the ability to leverage technological tools and platforms for training delivery. Experience in drafting proposals and quotations, with a keen understanding of client requirements and training objectives. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and leading a team of Training Coordinators. Demonstrated ability to work closely with client engagement teams and clients, ensuring training programs are aligned with client needs. Work Environment: This role requires regular office presence with occasional travel for training venues, virtual client meetings, and operational coordination. The candidate must possess their own transport and be able to travel outside of Klang Valley if necessary. Reporting Structure: The Client Part reports to the Director of Training Services and oversees a team of Training Coordinators. Working Hours: The position follows a standard work schedule of 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
