Job Description

1) Finance release and invoicing
- Ensure policies and guidelines are adhered to prior to finance releasing vehicles
- Ensure controls and approvals are in place for discounts
- Ensure timeliness and accuracy of trade and non-trade billings
- Ensure the policies and guidelines of the fleet sales are followed by the Sales & Marketing staff
2) Credit Management
- Ensure timeliness of all debts collection
- Monitoring of overdue debts by preparing the statement and reminders
- Ensure timeliness and accuracy of all collection posting and clearance in system
- To prepare credit extension form for extended credit terms
3) Month-End and Year-end closing activities and reporting
- Assist in preparing daily sales report
- Assist in reviewing and updating the financial analysis of customers for annual credit evaluation practice
- Ensuring timeliness and accuracy of cash flow update, EDMS and Fiori approval
- Ensure timeliness and accuracy of month-end reporting/reconciliation/analysis and GL clearing
- Ensure timeliness of intercompany reconciliations
4) External Audit Handling
- Supporting audit queries for Statutory/Corporate/Ad-hoc audit
- Supporting preparation of audit schedules
5) Handling of SSC queries
- Guiding and advising SSC O2C team
6) Policies, procedures & processes
- Ensuring policies & procedures are adhered to in work execution
- Assist in reviewing, monitoring and updating of related policies/working instructions
7) Projects
- Support ad hoc projects assigned from time to time

Education level
- Advance Diploma/Diploma in Accounting
- Degree in Accounting/Major in Finance/Major in Accounting
Experience
- At least 2-3 years relevant work experience
- Experience in SAP system
- Financial accounting with emphasis on accounts receivables with debt collecting experience (added advantage), experience in analyzing financials, variance, ratios, perform prompt monthly reconciliations.

- Optional: possess professional accounting certificate (ACCA, CIMA,etc)
