To assist Service Centre Manager to manage Service Centre activities, operation and manpower.
To assist Service Centre Manager to meet financial target in terms of the monthly intakes, sales, gross profit, expenses and net profit.
To be responsible for daily, weekly and monthly progress report, accuracy of the figure and to ensure all report being submitted before the deadline.
To be responsible and control the daily collection (Cash & Credit Card), Petty Cash Reimbursement, Insurance Claim, Payment Voucher (PV) and staff claims.
To ensure all administrative documents is according to ISO documentation requirement.
To responsible in updating human resource matter and equip staff with the latest information from Perodua HQ as and when required.
Requirements
A Degree holder in any related field from recognized university.
Some experience in automotive industry will be an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Able to multi-task and work independently, with minimal supervision (under pressure and tight deadlines).
A team player and possess a good teamwork with great leadership attributes.
