Job Description


Responsibilities

  • To assist Service Centre Manager to manage Service Centre activities, operation and manpower.
  • To assist Service Centre Manager to meet financial target in terms of the monthly intakes, sales, gross profit, expenses and net profit.
  • To be responsible for daily, weekly and monthly progress report, accuracy of the figure and to ensure all report being submitted before the deadline.
  • To be responsible and control the daily collection (Cash & Credit Card), Petty Cash Reimbursement, Insurance Claim, Payment Voucher (PV) and staff claims.
  • To ensure all administrative documents is according to ISO documentation requirement.
  • To responsible in updating human resource matter and equip staff with the latest information from Perodua HQ as and when required.
Requirements
  • A Degree holder in any related field from recognized university.
  • Some experience in automotive industry will be an added advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Able to multi-task and work independently, with minimal supervision (under pressure and tight deadlines).
  • A team player and possess a good teamwork with great leadership attributes.
  • Excellent user of Power Point, Excel and Word.
