Review and execute of all documentation in relation to tenancy matters,including letters of offer, tenancy agreements and such other agreement as required.
To coordinate and follow up on tenancy administrative related matters including liaising with related solicitors, insurance agents, local authorities and within internal stakeholder.
To ensure that all tenancy related listing is always maintained, updated and shared accordingly to relevant stakeholder
Preparation of documents relating to tenancy for both new outlets and renewal of existing tenancies - reminder letters, tenancy renewal notifications to the Landlord for expiring tenancies, expiry / termination letters etc.
Renewal Management and ensure that renewal letters / tenancy agreements are duly signed within the stipulated time frame, basic negotiation with the landlord on the renewals, relocation, closure and operational matters.
Functions include tenancy data management, data entry for new sites acquisition and existing properties, tenancy and rental administration, negotiation and follow up with the landlords on the finalisation of agreements and payment related matters.
Develop and maintain good relationship with landlords / property owners and provide support on all leasing related matters.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Functional Skills and Knowledge
Good communication and writing skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
Competent with using MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Education
Possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree/ Diploma in Business Studies / Administration / Property Management or equivalent.
Work Experience
At least 3 years of working experiences in tenancy administration, retail property management, legal assistant or similar.
