Job Responsibilities:Advertising & Promotions
To develop and execute effective Advertising strategies for mall events & campaigns.
To be the liaison and coordinating the production of Advertising & Marketing collaterals in support of campaigns\' awareness & branding.
To ensure and maintain standards of the mall and compliance in corporate identity.
Sell and promote retail centre\'s promotional spaces and advertising platforms to maximize casual leasing revenue collection.
Support and monitor on ground activities, set-up and dismantling works to ensure promotional guidelines are adhered.
To study and understand market trends & competitors\' directions and ensure the Advertising platforms and Promotion spaces are abreast to market needs and change.
To develop and maintain relationship with Tenants, continuously provide assistance & support as and when required.
To continuously contribute ideas via brainstorming and creative thinking.
To execute other job responsibilities upon required by the superior.
Administrative duties
To prepare monthly A&P income & expenses report.
Monitor and compile press coverage of the mall and competitors.
To maintain and upkeep an inventory of all promotional materials.
Proper documentations of A&P.
To follow up with tenants & external parties on payment / rental collection.
Operational duties
To coordinate with inter-department liaisons towards execution & implementation of A&P.
To ensure smooth set up and dismantling of Promotion spaces.
To ensure all work permit and event order form are well received upon set up and dismantling of Promotion spaces.
Job Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Mass Communications, Marketing or related discipline.
At least 02-03 years working experience in a similar role.
Possess own transport and must be willing to work in Damansara
Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator and etc).
Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment.
Self-discipline and contribute to team work.
Initiative, persistence, creativity and inspire people.
Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
Display professionalism and self confidence.
Well organized and able to work within deadline.
