Job Summary
This position is responsible to build and develop new partnerships and referral partners in order to generate new business for the Company.
Key Responsibilities
1) Acquisition of Distributors
- Overall management of the distributors and client partners
- Contract, Commission & Incentive Management
- Support the achievement of sales targets via different approach such as competitor analysis, steering field managers, marketing campaigns, etc
2) Sales Communication, Relationship Management and Training
- Communicate relevant information to distributors (e.g. events, promotion material, changes in processes, product specifications, documentation requirements, incentive targets and rewards, etc.).
- Establish and maintain permanent contact to distribution partners to build long lasting valuable partnerships.
- Develop and deliver appropriate training to distributors and managers to support and improve the sales capabilities (product knowledge, customer needs, sales skills)
Key Requirements
- Degree in Marketing or equivalent
- Min 2 years of working experience in General Insurance industry or equivalent with good knowledge of General Insurance products.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to manage different stakeholders
