Familiarize with various local regulatory requirements and ensure product compliance. . Keep alert with any new changes on rules & regulations which are imposed by the local authority and affected company products. . Prepare and update countries product registration / notification status in brief summary/ report on monthly basis. . Assist & coordinate in new product development with manufacturer & R&D teams. . Develop marketing tools e.g. catalogue, poster, slides, product & health articles for publication & training purposes. . Assist in new product launching and knowledge sharing. . Handle customers\' inquiries & complaints and provide constructive feedback (For Call or Walk-In Customer after Counter-Staff 1st screening and response). . Other tasks as assigned by the superior or management from time to time. Requirements . Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Life Science (Food Science, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, etc) / Health Science (Biomedical, Nutrition, etc) or any similar degrees. . Willing to work in Alor Setar/ Petaling Jaya. . Minimum 1 year working experience but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. . Good personality with initiative and good communication skills. . Self-motivated and able to work independently. . Good in science studies understanding, interpretation and analysis. . Fluent and good writing for at least English and Malay languages. Chinese language will be an advance due to company is having business at China. . Ability to utilize basic computer skills, including Microsoft office, Open office or any equivalent software efficiently.
