Responsible in providing and coordinating functional and/or technical support and maintenance for ERP categories (fundamentals, Industry specifics, Technology specifics). He/ she may undertake service delivery of ERP solutions/ enhancements in accordance to client project services fulfilment. Business Solutioning Design and propose solution that results in a quality product. Knowledgeable of Petronas Business Process and Digital Enterprise framework Proficient in analyzing business requirement, designing solutions and communicating with relevant stakeholders Perform quality assurance on built solutions and able to advise on continuous improvement to existing design. Understand and advise on integration element (system and data flow) Delivery and Operational Excellence Perform functional and/or technical support for all released ERP applications as per defined SLA Execute application support and release/ maintenance activities as well as deploy implementation of solutions/enhancements Implement and/or adhere to Enterprise policies, procedures and standards covering ERP access control and other security baseline Perform project/ enhancement implementation works from inception until successful completion covering full project lifecycle. Act as 3rd level support to complex support issues and problem management case. Business Service Performance Execute the necessary business service performance to achieve high business satisfaction levels and providing ERP Security related consultancy and recommendations in business engagements and proposal development. Finance Management Adhere and comply to planned departmental financials including revenue, costs and profitability margins within the division
