Job description
This established FMCG MNC based in Shah Alam is looking to hire an outspoken Supply Planning & logistics Executive to their team. Must be fluent in spoken and written English, and have experience in dealing with high volume of SKU\'s (3000+). This role will be in charge of managing the supply planning operation of Singapore and the shipping documentations for Pakistan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring stock levels, making purchasing decisions and determining optimal reorder and restock points
- Planning and insurance of purchase orders and doing monthly submissions of rolling forecasts of raw materials to vendors
- Preparing export shipping documents under LC requirements
- Managing the entire export and drop shipment process from coordinating with the CS team for order processing and placements to containers bookings with freight forwarders
- Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in either supply planning or supply chain
- Holding at least a professional certificate in either Business, Supply Chain or any relevant field
- Knowledge in SAP will be an added advantage
- Having experience in shipping documents prepared in accordance to the Letter of Credit requirements would be advantageous
