Overview: The position of Executive Assistant cum Office Administrator in Shah Alam for a Construction Company involves multi-responsibilities, first & foremost as a personal assistant to the Managing Director. Prepare, manage, and respond to correspondence on behalf of the MD. Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations. Meticulous Organization Skills: Maintain detailed records of meetings, decisions, and action items. Ensure that no detail is left unaccounted for in daily operations. Office Administration: Oversee general office administration tasks. Handle administrative duties, including filing, documentation, and office supplies. Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate events, meetings, and conferences. Provide logistical support for corporate functions hosted or attended by the MD. Confidentiality: Uphold the highest level of confidentiality regarding sensitive information. Manage confidential documents and matters discreetly.
