Job Description


  • We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Executive Assistant to support our Chief Executive Officer and Business Director promptly and professionally. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and contributing to projects that require confidentiality and discretion. Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the executive\'s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing sensitive matters.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements (domestic and international), prepare itineraries, and manage expenses.
  • Attend meetings on behalf of the executive and take detailed notes, distribute meeting agendas, and ensure follow-up on action items.
  • Conduct research prepare presentations, financial data, and reports.
  • Handle confidential information and communications with discretion.
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams professionally.
  • Assist in project management, ensuring that projects are completed promptly.
  • Provide general administrative support, such as managing office supplies, routing calls and emails, and preparing documents.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Must be a self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
